AKSALA [ox-sala] is Alaska spelled backwards and represents my Alaskan roots. I spent 11 years of my life in Alaska, and as a result, it has always held a special place in my heart. I spent my summers as a young man working the Alaskan oilfields and even met and married my high school sweetheart there. I attended the University of Alaska and then launched my career in the investment business at the age of 20. Alaska represents a large part of my identity, and I want that personal touch to be reflected in my business as well.

I’ve built my business on a strong work ethic, teamwork, community involvement and family leadership—and I want my clients to feel that. The AKSALA practice is continuously evolving—combining the technology revolution of tomorrow with the personal service model of yesterday.
